Terms and Conditions for SPLIFO Online Learning Platform Effective Date: 20, July 2023

 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the SPLIFO Online Learning Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its users' accounts. Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code. Violating the privacy of others or collecting personal information without consent. 

5. Intellectual Property 

 5.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are the property of SPLIFO or its licensors.

5.2. You may not use SPLIFO's intellectual property without prior written consent. 

 6. Payments and Refunds 

 6.1. Fees for courses and other services provided by SPLIFO are detailed on the Platform. Payment methods are specified during the checkout process.
